For many years Paul was sick and we did not know what was wrong. He didn't either but he was always such a sweetheart. Never looked down on anyone, never belittled anyone, always lent a helping hand. He was known in Honolulu as Papa Paul because he helped so many. When he was diagnosed with glioblastoma It was amazing the people that rallied to help him. Complete strangers. And if it is one thing he taught us all it is the meaning of humility. He certainly took it to another level.
